Method
 

How to Make
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C), allowing the heat to build while you prepare the chips.
  2. Mix together sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl for the chip coating.
  3. Spray each tortilla with non-stick cooking spray, coating both sides evenly.
  4. Stack the tortillas and cut them into 12 wedges using a pizza cutter.
  5. Spread the wedges on a baking sheet in a single layer and bake for 11-12 minutes.
  6. Prepare the salsa by peeling and finely chopping your Granny Smith apples.
  7. Dice strawberries and kiwis, then fold them into the apple mixture.
  8. Stir in brown sugar and fruit preserves until everything is well combined.
  9. Serve the salsa at room temperature or chilled, allowing those vibrant flavors to shine.
