Cooking Instructions
  1. Prep Ingredients: Cube steak into bite-sized pieces, slice zucchini, and mince garlic. Season steak with salt and pepper.

  3. Cook Garlic: Lower heat, add butter and minced garlic to skillet, cooking for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Prepare Zucchini: Add zucchini to skillet, cooking for 3-5 minutes until tender-crisp, stirring frequently.
  5. Combine: Return seared steak to skillet, toss with zucchini and simmer for 1-2 minutes to meld flavors. Serve immediately.
