Ingredients
  

For the Chicken
  • 1 pound Chicken Breast can use chicken thighs for juiciness
  • 1 teaspoon Sea Salt substitute with table salt if needed
  • 1 teaspoon Cracked Black Pepper adjust quantity to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Smoked Paprika substitute with regular paprika if needed
For the Cooking
  • 2 tablespoons Avocado Oil can substitute with ghee or olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons Unsalted Butter try coconut oil for dairy-free option
For the Garlic Flavor
  • 4 cloves Garlic (Fresh, Minced) fresh is best, but dried can work
For the Zoodles
  • 4 cups Zucchini Noodles salt and squeeze dry before cooking
For the Finishing Touch
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon Juice (Fresh) dried lacks fresh zing
  • 1/4 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese nutritional yeast as milk-free substitute
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Parsley (Chopped) can swap with fresh basil if desired

How to Make Garlic Chicken
  1. Pat chicken pieces dry with paper towels. Toss them with sea salt, cracked black pepper, and smoked paprika in a bowl until evenly coated.
  2. In a heavy skillet, heat avocado oil over medium-high heat until shimmering (about 2 minutes).
  3. Add the chicken in a single layer. Cook undisturbed for 3-4 minutes until golden, then flip and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  4. Reduce heat to medium. Move chicken to one side and add unsalted butter and minced garlic to the other side. Cook garlic until fragrant (30-60 seconds).
  5. Pour in lemon juice and scrape up any browned bits. Toss in zucchini noodles, stirring for 1-2 minutes until slightly softened.
  6. Remove from heat, sprinkle with grated Parmesan and fresh parsley, toss gently, and serve immediately.

Notes
