Preparation Steps

  3. Heat chili oil in a small saucepan over medium until shimmery (about 3-4 minutes). Pour over garlic mixture to infuse flavors.
  4. Add the warm rinsed noodles to the infused garlic oil and toss gently for 1-2 minutes until well coated.
  5. Plate the noodles and garnish with chopped scallions and sesame seeds before serving.
