- Boil a large pot of salted water. Cook noodles according to package instructions (about 5-7 minutes), then drain and rinse under cold water.
- In a heatproof bowl, mix minced garlic, chili oil, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sugar, and salt until well combined.
- Heat chili oil in a small saucepan over medium until shimmery (about 3-4 minutes). Pour over garlic mixture to infuse flavors.
- Add the warm rinsed noodles to the infused garlic oil and toss gently for 1-2 minutes until well coated.
