For the Dough
  • 2 cups Biscuit Dough Large flaky buttermilk biscuits work best.
  • 2 tbsp Butter Melted margarine can be used as a substitute.
For Garnish

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat, adding minced garlic. Cook until the meat is no longer pink, then drain fat.
  3. Stir in Parmesan and cheddar cheeses until melted and combined.
  4. Flatten each biscuit and place a spoonful of the meat and cheese mixture in the center.
  5. Fold the biscuit over the filling, sealing the edges completely.
  6. Arrange on a lined baking sheet and brush with melted butter.
  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Cool slightly and garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
