Preparation

  2. Dredge in Breadcrumbs: In a bowl, combine grated Parmesan and panko breadcrumbs. Dredge the seasoned chicken in this mixture.
  3. Fry the Chicken: In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Fry the chicken pieces for about 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  4. Cook the Rotini: Boil salted water and add the rotini pasta. Cook until al dente, then drain.
  5. Make the Creamy Sauce: In the skillet, melt butter and sauté minced garlic. Pour in heavy cream, whisk in Parmesan, and season.
  6. Combine Pasta and Sauce: Toss drained rotini into the creamy sauce, adding pasta water for desired consistency.
