Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Prepare your loaf pan by lining it with parchment paper or lightly greasing it.
- Combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan, minced garlic, chopped parsley, chopped onion, eggs, milk, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Mix gently until just combined.
- Optional: Fold in shredded mozzarella for extra cheesiness.
- Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it in your prepared loaf pan.
- Prepare the glaze by mixing ketchup, Parmesan, minced garlic, and Worcestershire sauce in a separate bowl. Spread the glaze over the top of the meatloaf.
- Bake for 55-65 minutes until golden brown and internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Allow the meatloaf to rest for about 10 minutes before slicing.
