How to Make Ghostbusters Stay Puft Marshmallows
- Melt White Chocolate: In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the white chocolate and vegetable shortening. Heat in 30-second intervals, stirring until the mixture is smooth and glossy.
- Assemble Base: Dip the bottom of a large marshmallow into the melted chocolate, then place it on parchment paper. Stack two more marshmallows on top, applying more melted chocolate as 'glue'.
- Coat Marshmallows: Once the base is built and firm, coat the entire marshmallow structure with the remaining melted white chocolate.
- Decorate: Attach the candy eyes to the top marshmallow while the chocolate is still wet. Allow the chocolate coating to harden completely.
- Finish & Serve: Dust with powdered sugar and use a black edible marker to add features.
