Method
 

How to Make Ghoul-gheroni and Cheese
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Boil a large pot of water, add the ghoul-gheroni pasta, and cook until al dente (8-10 minutes). Drain and set aside.
  3. In a medium saucepan, melt the unsalted butter over medium heat. Whisk in the all-purpose flour, stirring continuously until light golden.
  4. Gradually whisk in the whole milk and cook, stirring frequently, until thickened (5-7 minutes).
  5. Stir in garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  6. Remove from heat and stir in sharp cheddar, mozzarella, and parmesan cheeses until melted smooth.
  7. Mix the cooked pasta with the cheese sauce, coating each piece well.
  8. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish, spreading evenly.
  9. Sprinkle "ghoulish" toppings on top.
  10. Bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden.
  11. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
