- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Pat the cod dry with paper towels and set it on a plate.
- Mix the coating ingredients in a bowl.
- Whisk together the lemon juice, olive oil, melted butter, and minced garlic in another bowl.
- Dip the cod into the lemon-garlic mixture, then dredge it in the flour blend.
- Heat a splash of olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Sear the cod for 2 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Pour the remaining lemon-garlic sauce over the cod and transfer the skillet to the oven.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until the cod flakes easily with a fork.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
