Making the Sandwich
- Whisk chocolate pudding mix and cold milk in a medium bowl until smooth and glossy, about 2 minutes.
- Fold whipped topping gently into the pudding mixture, blending slowly for 1-2 minutes.
- Line the bottom of a rectangular baking dish with a layer of graham crackers snugly.
- Spread the chocolate pudding mixture evenly over the graham crackers.
- Sprinkle mini marshmallows over the chocolate layer.
- Add a second layer of graham crackers on top, pressing slightly for stability.
- Drizzle melted chocolate syrup over the top layer of graham crackers.
- Cover and freeze for 4-6 hours until firm.
