  • 1 cup Plain Greek Yogurt or thick plant-based yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon Juice fresh is recommended
For the Pita Filling
  • 1 cup Tomatoes diced
  • 1 cup Cucumber sliced
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Parsley chopped

How to Make Greek Beef Stuffed Pita
  1. Pour olive oil into a skillet and warm it over medium heat. Add the finely chopped onion and sauté until soft and golden, about 3-4 minutes.
  2. Stir in the minced garlic and cook for approximately 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Add the ground beef with cumin, oregano, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Cook until fully browned.
  4. In a bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, lemon juice, garlic, olive oil, and salt until smooth.
  5. Warm the pita breads in the microwave or skillet until pliable.
