- In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, minced garlic, lemon juice, and dill. Stir until smooth and creamy. Season with salt and pepper, then refrigerate.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the finely chopped onion and sauté for 2-3 minutes until translucent. Introduce minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
- Add the ground beef to the skillet, breaking it apart with a spoon. Sprinkle in oregano, smoked paprika, ground cumin, salt, and pepper. Cook for 8-10 minutes until browned throughout.
- Divide cooked rice or quinoa evenly into bowls. Top each bowl with the seasoned beef mixture. Artfully arrange cherry tomatoes, red onions, olives, and crumbled feta cheese.
- Generously spoon tzatziki over the beef. Finish with parsley or dill, and a lemon wedge on the side for an optional zesty touch.
