Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Cook rice according to package instructions, typically taking about 15 minutes. Set aside once fluffy.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, sauté the chopped onions, green bell peppers, and sliced mushrooms for 5-7 minutes until soft.
  3. In the same skillet, add the lean ground beef and brown over medium-high heat for 6-8 minutes. Drain excess fat.
  4. Stir in Worcestershire sauce and beef broth. Simmer for 2-3 minutes. Add sautéed veggies and mix well.
  5. Sprinkle shredded cheese over the mixture, cover and reduce heat to low. Cook until cheese is melted, 3-5 minutes.
  6. Divide cooked rice and beef-cheesesteak mixture into 8 meal prep containers. Store in the fridge for up to 4 days.
