How to Make Glazed Sticky Beef Bites
- Pat your beef chuck roast cubes dry with paper towels. Season with salt and pepper.
- Heat vegetable oil in a Dutch oven over medium-high heat. Sear beef cubes until browned on all sides, about 8-10 minutes.
- Reduce heat to medium, add chopped onion, cook until translucent (about 5 minutes), then add minced garlic and grated ginger for 1 minute.
- Return seared beef to the pot. Pour in soy sauce, beef broth, brown sugar, rice vinegar, and optional red pepper flakes. Stir well.
- Bring to a gentle simmer, cover tightly, and reduce heat to low. Braise for 2-3 hours until beef is fork-tender.
- Whisk cornstarch with cold water to form a slurry. Pour into simmering sauce, stirring constantly until thickened.
- Serve beef bites over steamed rice or noodles, spooning sauce on top. Garnish with green onions or sesame seeds if desired.

Notes
Pat beef dry before searing for best results. Cook in batches to avoid overcrowding the pot.
