Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface until it’s about 1/8 inch thick.
- Place the brie cheese in the center of the rolled-out pastry.
- Generously scoop sweet raspberry jam on top.
- Fold the pastry around the brie, sealing the edges tightly.
- Brush the outer pastry with egg wash (or milk).
- Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes.
- Let cool for a few minutes before slicing.
