Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface until it’s about 1/8 inch thick.
  3. Place the brie cheese in the center of the rolled-out pastry.
  4. Generously scoop sweet raspberry jam on top.
  5. Fold the pastry around the brie, sealing the edges tightly.
  6. Brush the outer pastry with egg wash (or milk).
  7. Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes.
  8. Let cool for a few minutes before slicing.
