How to Make Herb-Crusted Baked Boursin Chicken
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, combine panko breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan, chopped herbs, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well and set aside.
  3. Create pockets in each chicken breast for stuffing and fill generously with Boursin cheese. Secure with toothpicks if necessary.
  4. Brush the chicken breasts with olive oil and dredge them in the breadcrumb mixture, pressing firmly.
  5. Place the coated chicken in the prepared baking dish and drizzle melted butter on top. Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden and the internal temperature is 165°F (74°C).
  6. Allow the chicken to rest for a few minutes before serving, removing toothpicks if used.
