How to Make Herb-Crusted Baked Boursin Chicken
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
- In a large bowl, combine panko breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan, chopped herbs, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well and set aside.
- Create pockets in each chicken breast for stuffing and fill generously with Boursin cheese. Secure with toothpicks if necessary.
- Brush the chicken breasts with olive oil and dredge them in the breadcrumb mixture, pressing firmly.
- Place the coated chicken in the prepared baking dish and drizzle melted butter on top. Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden and the internal temperature is 165°F (74°C).
- Allow the chicken to rest for a few minutes before serving, removing toothpicks if used.
