- Combine Greek yogurt, powdered peanut butter, creamy peanut butter, and maple syrup in a mixing bowl. Stir until smooth and creamy.
- Line a tray with parchment paper. Portion the mixture into 6 bites and place them on the tray.
- Freeze the tray for 10-20 minutes until the bites firm up.
- Melt dark chocolate chips and coconut oil together in a microwave or double boiler until smooth.
- Dip each yogurt bite into the melted chocolate, ensuring they are evenly coated. Sprinkle flaky sea salt on top.
- Return the chocolate-coated bites to the parchment-lined tray and refrigerate for 15-20 minutes until chocolate has set.
