  5. Lower heat, stir in cheese and milk, mixing until melted and creamy.
  6. Stir in cooked macaroni and heat through for 2-3 minutes.
  7. Transfer to a baking dish, top with breadcrumbs or chips, and broil for 2-3 minutes.
