Method
 

Making the Gelato
  1. Whip the cream on high speed until stiff peaks form, which usually takes about 10 minutes.
  2. In a separate bowl, combine the condensed milk, vanilla extract, cocoa powder, and melted dark chocolate. Mix until smooth.
  3. Carefully fold the whipped cream into the chocolate mixture using a spatula.
  4. Pour the combined mixture into a loaf pan, smooth out the top, cover tightly, and freeze for at least 6 hours.
  5. Before serving, let the gelato sit at room temperature for about 10 minutes to soften slightly.
