- In a large bowl, toss pork cubes with cornstarch, salt, and pepper until they are evenly coated.
- Heat olive oil and butter in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the pork in batches for about 6-8 minutes, until they are golden brown and cooked through.
- After the pork is seared, add garlic, honey, broth, lemon juice, and hot sauce (if using) to the pan. Stir to combine and let it simmer for 3-5 minutes.
- Toss the tender pork in the sauce until nicely coated. Garnish with chopped parsley, scallions, and a sprinkle of chili flakes.
- Serve hot over rice, noodles, or your favorite vegetables.
