For the Pork
  • 1 lb Boneless Pork Ribs or Shoulder cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 2 tsp Cornstarch optional
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
For Flavoring
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tbsp Unsalted Butter
For the Sauce
  • 4 cloves Garlic finely minced
  • 1/4 cup Honey
  • 3 tbsp Broth (chicken or beef) low-sodium preferred
  • 1-2 tbsp Lemon Juice to taste
  • 1 tsp Hot Sauce optional
For Garnish
  • 1 tsp Red Chili Pepper Flakes
  • 1 tbsp Fresh Parsley and Scallions chopped

Preparation
  1. In a large bowl, toss pork cubes with cornstarch, salt, and pepper until they are evenly coated.
  2. Heat olive oil and butter in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the pork in batches for about 6-8 minutes, until they are golden brown and cooked through.
  3. After the pork is seared, add garlic, honey, broth, lemon juice, and hot sauce (if using) to the pan. Stir to combine and let it simmer for 3-5 minutes.
  4. Toss the tender pork in the sauce until nicely coated. Garnish with chopped parsley, scallions, and a sprinkle of chili flakes.
  5. Serve hot over rice, noodles, or your favorite vegetables.
