Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix in a large bowl your corn (fresh or canned), creamed corn, sour cream, shredded cheddar cheese, honey, and melted butter.
- Whisk together in another bowl the cornmeal, baking powder, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.
- Combine the dry mixture gradually into your wet ingredients.
- Fold in the beaten eggs gently.
- Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish and pour the corn mixture in.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes until the top is golden brown.
- Cool for 10 minutes before garnishing with chopped chives or parsley.
