  • 4 pieces Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil Extra virgin recommended
For the Glaze
  • 1/4 cup Honey Can substitute with maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons Lime juice Freshly squeezed is best
For Serving
  • 2 pieces Ripe avocados Slice just before serving
  • Optional: Salad greens or rice To serve on

Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Whisk together honey and lime juice until smooth and well combined.
  2. Pat the chicken breasts dry, season with salt and pepper, and coat with the honey-lime mixture.
  3. Warm olive oil in a skillet over medium heat until shimmering.
  4. Sear the chicken breasts for 6–7 minutes per side until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  5. Halve and slice the avocados.
  6. Allow the chicken to rest for 5 minutes before slicing against the grain.
  7. Arrange sliced chicken on greens or rice, top with avocado slices, and drizzle with remaining glaze.
