Preparation Steps

  2. Prepare the Honeydew and Mint: In a blender, combine 2 cups of diced honeydew and ½ cup of fresh mint leaves. Blend until smooth to create a vibrant puree.
  3. Sweeten the Tea (optional): While the tea is still warm, stir in 4-6 tablespoons of sugar until dissolved. Adjust sweetness to preference.
  4. Combine Ingredients: In a large pitcher, mix the cooled green tea with the honeydew-mint puree. Stir well.
  5. Chill, Serve & Enjoy: Fill glasses with ice cubes, pour the tea over the ice, and garnish with extra mint leaves.
