How to Make Caramel Apple Cheesecake Bars
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Prepare a 9x9 inch baking pan by greasing it lightly or lining it with parchment paper.
- Blend together cream cheese and granulated sugar in a mixing bowl until smooth and creamy.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition, then stir in vanilla extract.
- Spread the cheesecake mixture evenly in the prepared pan.
- Chop your apples and toss them with cinnamon and brown sugar in a separate bowl.
- Layer the spiced apple mixture over the cheesecake, spreading it evenly.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the edges are set and the center is slightly jiggly.
- Cool in the pan for at least 15 minutes before transferring to the refrigerator.
