  • 3 cups Apples tart varieties like Granny Smith
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon a pinch of nutmeg optional
  • 1/2 cup Brown Sugar can use maple syrup
For the Caramel Drizzle
  • 1 cup Caramel Sauce store-bought or homemade
  • 1/4 tsp Sea Salt for garnishing

How to Make Caramel Apple Cheesecake Bars
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare a 9x9 inch baking pan by greasing it lightly or lining it with parchment paper.
  3. Blend together cream cheese and granulated sugar in a mixing bowl until smooth and creamy.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition, then stir in vanilla extract.
  5. Spread the cheesecake mixture evenly in the prepared pan.
  6. Chop your apples and toss them with cinnamon and brown sugar in a separate bowl.
  7. Layer the spiced apple mixture over the cheesecake, spreading it evenly.
  8. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the edges are set and the center is slightly jiggly.
  9. Cool in the pan for at least 15 minutes before transferring to the refrigerator.
  10. Drizzle the cooled bars with caramel sauce and sprinkle with sea salt before serving.
