Pudding Preparation
- In a saucepan, gently warm the whole milk over medium heat until it begins to steam but not boil—this should take about 5 minutes.
- Gradually whisk in the semolina, stirring continuously until fully blended. Cook for about 8-10 minutes until the mixture thickens and becomes creamy.
- Remove from heat, then stir in the sugar and beaten eggs. Mix well, being careful not to over-beat to maintain a smooth texture.
- Return to low heat, add the orange blossom water, and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the pudding reaches your desired thickness.
- Pour the pudding into serving dishes, allowing it to cool for at least 30 minutes. Before serving, generously sprinkle with chopped pistachios.
