Method
 

Instructions
  1. In a medium bowl, combine the softened goat cheese and cream cheese. Use a fork or a spatula to mix until smooth and creamy, ensuring there are no lumps.
  2. Drizzle honey into the cheese mixture and gently fold it in.
  3. On a separate plate, mix together the chopped crispy bacon, pecans, dried cranberries, and fresh rosemary.
  4. Lay a piece of plastic wrap on your counter. Spoon the cheese mixture onto the wrap and shape it into a log.
  5. Unwrap the log and roll it in the coating mixture until it’s completely covered.
  6. Place the finished log on a serving platter surrounded by fresh arugula.
  7. Refrigerate the log for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
  8. Slice just before serving and pair with crackers or crostini.
