Preparation Steps

  6. Add eggs to the mixture one at a time, mixing thoroughly after each addition.
  7. Stir in the heavy cream, whiskey, honey, white vinegar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  8. Pour the filling into the chilled pie crust and smooth out the top.
  9. Bake for 45-50 minutes, until the edges are set and the center is slightly wobbly.
  10. Cool completely on a wire rack, then sprinkle it with flaky sea salt before serving.
