How to Make Instant Pot Chicken and Gravy
- Cut each chicken breast in half to ensure even cooking. Place the pieces in the Instant Pot.
- Pour in the chicken broth until the chicken is mostly covered. Sprinkle the chicken gravy mix, black pepper, and garlic powder on top—do not stir.
- Secure the lid, set the vent to sealing, and cook on high pressure for 6 minutes.
- Allow the pressure to release naturally for about 10 minutes before safely opening the pot.
- Remove the chicken and shred it or chop it into bite-sized pieces.
- Stir in the homemade cream of chicken soup until fully combined with the gravy.
- Serve over mashed potatoes, rice, or buttery biscuits.
