Preparation Steps
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the pistachio flour, softened butter, and granulated sugar. Mix until crumbly, then press into a greased baking pan. Bake for 10-12 minutes until lightly golden and cool completely.
- In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with sugar and honey until smooth. Slowly add the eggs one at a time, mixing well. Pour in the heavy cream and mix until Lumps are gone.
- Pour the filling over the cooled crust, spreading evenly. Top with baklava pieces.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes. The edges should be set and the center slightly jiggly.
- Cool at room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
- Slice and serve cold. Optionally drizzle honey on top.
