  • 1 cup Baklava Pieces store-bought or homemade

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the pistachio flour, softened butter, and granulated sugar. Mix until crumbly, then press into a greased baking pan. Bake for 10-12 minutes until lightly golden and cool completely.
  3. In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with sugar and honey until smooth. Slowly add the eggs one at a time, mixing well. Pour in the heavy cream and mix until Lumps are gone.
  4. Pour the filling over the cooled crust, spreading evenly. Top with baklava pieces.
  5. Bake for 40-45 minutes. The edges should be set and the center slightly jiggly.
  6. Cool at room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
  7. Slice and serve cold. Optionally drizzle honey on top.
