  • 1 cup Crab Meat lump or canned
  • 2 cups Spinach fresh or well-drained frozen
  • 8 ounces Cream Cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup Sour Cream
  • 1/4 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese shredded
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese grated
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Smoked Paprika
  • to taste Salt & Pepper

How to Make Cheesy Seafood Spinach Dip
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and generously grease a baking dish or cast iron skillet.
  2. Sauté olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the shrimp and cook until pink and opaque, about 2-3 minutes.
  3. Incorporate the spinach into the skillet, cooking until just wilted, about 1-2 minutes.
  4. Mix cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise in a large bowl until smooth and creamy. Season with garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
  5. Fold in the shrimp, spinach, crab meat, mozzarella, and Parmesan gently.
  6. Spread the mixture evenly into your prepared dish.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until bubbling and golden on top.
  8. Garnish with chopped green onions or parsley for a fresh touch. Serve immediately.
