Method
 

Making the Pinwheels
  1. Shred your cooked chicken using two forks or a stand mixer until tender.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, ranch seasoning mix, cooked bacon, and chopped green onions. Stir well until blended.
  3. Lay a tortilla flat and spoon the chicken mixture into the center, spreading it evenly.
  4. Tightly roll the tortilla from one end to encase the filling.
  5. Repeat with remaining tortillas and filling.
  6. Wrap each rolled tortilla in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  7. Carefully cut each rolled tortilla into 1-inch thick pinwheels.
  8. (Optional) Sprinkle with fresh parsley or dill before serving.
