  • 4 large Eggs Essential for protein filling.
  • 2 tablespoons Milk Optional for fluffier scrambled eggs.
  • 1 teaspoon Salt Adjust according to taste.
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper Adjust according to taste.
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Chives Optional garnish.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. Mix the honey-mustard butter by combining dijon mustard, salted butter, and honey in a small bowl. Microwave for about 20 seconds, then stir until well blended.
  3. Slice the large croissants in half horizontally using a serrated knife.
  4. Brush the insides with the honey-mustard butter mixture.
  5. Layer the bottom halves of the croissants starting with a slice of cheese, followed by a portion of ham, bacon, and another slice of cheese.
  6. Cap with the top halves.
  7. Arrange on a baking sheet and bake for 10-15 minutes.
  8. Whisk the eggs with milk, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Cook in a skillet over medium heat for 2-3 minutes.
  9. Open the tops of the baked sandwiches and distribute the scrambled eggs evenly.
  10. Garnish with fresh chives if desired.
