How to Make Dollywood Cinnamon Bread
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
- Mix dry ingredients in a large bowl: combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- Combine wet ingredients in another bowl: whisk together milk, melted butter, egg, and vanilla.
- Gently fold the wet and dry mixtures together until combined.
- Prepare the cinnamon filling by mixing melted butter, brown sugar, and ground cinnamon in a separate bowl.
- Layer the batter in the greased pan, add half the filling, and swirl together.
- Bake for 40–45 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool the bread and whisk together icing ingredients before drizzling.
