How to Make Dollywood Cinnamon Bread
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
  2. Mix dry ingredients in a large bowl: combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Combine wet ingredients in another bowl: whisk together milk, melted butter, egg, and vanilla.
  4. Gently fold the wet and dry mixtures together until combined.
  5. Prepare the cinnamon filling by mixing melted butter, brown sugar, and ground cinnamon in a separate bowl.
  6. Layer the batter in the greased pan, add half the filling, and swirl together.
  7. Bake for 40–45 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
