How to Make Homemade Crunch Bars
- Line an 8 x 8-inch baking dish or deep baking tray with parchment paper.
- Pour the crispy rice cereal into a large mixing bowl and set aside.
- In a microwave-safe bowl or stovetop, combine the chocolate chips, peanut butter, maple syrup, and coconut oil. Heat until melted, stirring until smooth.
- Carefully pour the melted mixture over the rice cereal and stir until coated. Transfer to the lined dish and flatten evenly. Refrigerate until firm, about one hour.
- Remove from dish using parchment paper, cut into squares, and enjoy!
