How to Make Italian Stromboli
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface into a rectangle, approximately 10x14 inches.
- Spread the shredded mozzarella cheese over the dough, leaving a 1-inch border on all sides.
- Layer the pepperoni, salami, and deli ham over the mozzarella.
- Sprinkle the Italian seasoning and garlic powder over the layered meats.
- Roll the dough lengthwise into a log, pinching and sealing the edges tightly.
- Place the Stromboli seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet and brush the top with melted butter.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until the top is golden brown and bubbly.
- Allow to cool for 5 minutes before slicing and serving with marinara sauce for dipping.
