- Combine the cream cheese, cheddar cheese, and ranch seasoning mix in a medium bowl. Blend until smooth and creamy.
 - Shape the cheese mixture into 16 small balls, about 1 tablespoon each. Place them on a parchment-lined tray and refrigerate for about 1 hour.
 - Mix the bacon, chives, and pecans in a small bowl or on a plate.
 - Roll each chilled cheese ball in the bacon, chive, and pecan mixture until fully coated.
 - Serve on a platter. If not serving immediately, cover loosely with plastic wrap and refrigerate. Let sit at room temperature for 15 minutes before serving.

Serve with toothpicks for easy snacking. These cheeseballs can also be made a day in advance and stored in the fridge until ready to serve.
