Ingredients
  

For the Base
  • 8 oz Cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1 packet Dry ranch seasoning mix
For the Crunch
  • 6 slices Bacon crispy, crumbled
  • 2 tbsp Fresh chives chopped
  • 1/2 cup Pecans finely chopped

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Combine the cream cheese, cheddar cheese, and ranch seasoning mix in a medium bowl. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  2. Shape the cheese mixture into 16 small balls, about 1 tablespoon each. Place them on a parchment-lined tray and refrigerate for about 1 hour.
  3. Mix the bacon, chives, and pecans in a small bowl or on a plate.
  4. Roll each chilled cheese ball in the bacon, chive, and pecan mixture until fully coated.
  5. Serve on a platter. If not serving immediately, cover loosely with plastic wrap and refrigerate. Let sit at room temperature for 15 minutes before serving.
