Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
- Cut the white bread into bite-sized cubes and layer half of them evenly in the prepared baking dish.
- Add half of the ham and turkey slices over the bread cubes, followed by half of the Swiss cheese.
- Place the remaining bread cubes on top.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, maple syrup, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Gently pour the egg mixture evenly over the layered bread.
- Drizzle the melted butter over the top of the casserole.
- Cover the dish with foil and bake for 30 minutes. Then uncover and bake an additional 15-20 minutes.
Serving
- Serve warm with a drizzle of maple syrup or a side of fresh fruit.
