- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and spray a 9x13 inch baking dish with nonstick spray.
- In a mixing bowl, combine softened butter with granulated sugar, mixing until smooth. Beat in one egg, then sift in the flour and baking powder, stirring until just combined. Spread this mixture evenly across the prepared baking dish.
- In another bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and remaining sugar until creamy and smooth. Add the two eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Gently fold in the finely chopped pistachios.
- Carefully pour the filling over the crust, spreading it evenly.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes until the top is golden brown and the center is gooey.
