Preparation

  3. Lightly flour your work surface. Divide the dough into 8 equal pieces and roll each into a tight ball.
  4. Flatten each ball to about 1/4 inch thick. Place a cube of cream cheese in the center, fold dough around it, and roll back into a ball.
  5. Arrange the stuffed balls seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet, brush with egg white, and sprinkle with seasoning. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
