How to Make Sun-Dried Tomato Pesto Grilled Cheese
- Spread the Pesto: Generously coat one side of each slice of bread with sun-dried tomato pesto.
- Assemble the Sandwich: Place a slice of mozzarella cheese on the pesto side of one bread slice, then top it with the other slice, pesto side facing down.
- Heat the Skillet: Preheat a skillet over medium heat, then add 1 tablespoon of butter, allowing it to melt completely.
- Grill First Side: Place the assembled sandwich in the skillet and grill for about 3-4 minutes until the bottom is golden brown.
- Flip and Grill: Carefully flip the sandwich, grilling the other side for another 3-4 minutes until browned and the cheese has melted.
- Serve Warm: Once both sides are beautifully toasted, serve your sandwich hot.
