How to Make
- Preheat your oven to 190°C (fan) or 210°C (non-fan).
 - Mix the turkey mince with thyme, sea salt, black pepper, and garlic powder in a large bowl until well combined.
 - Roll out the ready-rolled puff pastry on a lightly floured surface and cut it into rectangles, approximately 10x15 cm.
 - Spoon a generous amount of the turkey mixture and a dollop of cranberry sauce into the center of each pastry rectangle.
 - Wrap the pastry over the filling, sealing the edges firmly. Place each roll seam side down on a lined baking tray.
 - Brush the tops with milk for a golden color and crisp finish.
 - Bake in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes, or until golden and crispy.
 - Cool slightly before serving to allow flavors to settle.
