How to Make Valentine's Day Donuts
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F and grease your donut pan.
  2. Whisk together the all-purpose flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Combine the melted butter, eggs, vanilla extract, and milk in another bowl.
  4. Mix the wet and dry ingredients until smooth.
  5. Fill a piping bag or ziplock bag with the batter and pipe into the donut cavities.
  6. Bake for 10 minutes until lightly golden.
  7. Cool the baked donuts in the pan for a few minutes, then transfer them to a wire rack.
  8. Prepare the icing by mixing icing sugar, additional milk, and vanilla extract.
