How to Make Zucchini Bread
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
- Mix together the all-purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon in a large bowl.
- Whisk together the eggs, vegetable oil, vanilla extract, and brown sugar in another bowl.
- Fold the grated zucchini into the wet mixture until evenly distributed.
- Combine the dry ingredients with the wet ingredients and mix until just combined.
- Pour the batter into the greased loaf pan and sprinkle with nuts or chocolate chips if desired.
