  • 1 lb Pork Tenderloin cubed
  • 4 cloves Garlic minced
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil extra virgin
  • ¼ cup Soy Sauce can substitute with tamari for gluten-free
  • 1 tbsp Honey or agave syrup
  • 1 tsp Smoked Paprika or regular paprika
  • ½ tsp Black Pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp Salt to taste
  • 1 tbsp Fresh Thyme or substitutes like rosemary
For Garnishing
  • ¼ cup Fresh Parsley chopped
  • 2 wedges Lemon

Equipment

  • Mixing Bowl
  • grill or skillet
  • whisk

Method

Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the minced garlic, olive oil, soy sauce, honey, smoked paprika, black pepper, salt, and thyme. Whisk until well blended.
  2. Add the pork tenderloin cubes to the marinade, ensuring each piece is thoroughly coated. Cover and refrigerate for a minimum of 30 minutes, up to 2 hours.
  3. Heat your grill or skillet over medium-high heat, adding a drizzle of olive oil if using a skillet.
  4. Remove the pork from the marinade, allowing excess to drip off. Cook in the skillet or on the grill for 8-10 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
  5. Transfer the bites to a plate and allow them to rest for 5 minutes.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve alongside lemon wedges.
