How to Make Jack o Lantern Quesadillas
  1. Cut out pumpkin shapes from each tortilla using the pumpkin cookie cutter.
  2. Carve spooky faces into half of the pumpkin-shaped tortillas with a sharp knife.
  3. Heat a skillet over medium heat and place one uncut tortilla in it, then sprinkle cheese on top.
  4. Place the carved tortilla face down onto the melted cheese and align the stumps for a spooky effect.
  5. Flip the quesadilla once the cheese melts to ensure both sides are crispy and golden-brown.
  6. Cut into wedges and serve with salsa or your favorite dipping sauce.
