  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil for searing
For the Seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon Sweet paprika
  • 2 teaspoons Onion powder
  • 2 teaspoons Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Oregano
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper
For the Sauce
  • 0.5 cup Beef broth
  • 1 tablespoon Apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons Butter
To Serve
  • Minced parsley for garnish

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Dry the pork tenderloins well with paper towels.
  3. Mix the spices and rub them generously over the pork.
  4. Heat the olive oil in a pan and sear the pork for about 6 minutes.
  5. Transfer the pork to a baking dish.
  6. Deglaze the pan with beef broth and pour it over the pork.
  7. Drizzle apple cider vinegar and dot with butter, then cover with foil.
  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 145°F.
  9. Rest the pork for 5 minutes before slicing and garnish with parsley.
