  • 10 oz Cream Cheese Ensure it's softened for a smooth texture.
  • 1/2 cup Swerve Confectioners Sugar Substitute Or substitute with powdered monk fruit or allulose.
  • 1/2 cup Swerve Granulated Sugar Substitute Ensure it’s granulated for even coverage.
  • 4 tsp Cinnamon Divided between filling and coating.
  • 6 tbsp Butter Melted for richness.
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract Enhances flavor.
  • 1 pinch Sea Salt Balances sweetness.

Method
 

How to Make
  1. In a bowl, mix softened cream cheese, confectioners sweetener, 2 tsp cinnamon, vanilla, and sea salt until smooth.
  2. Spread 1-2 tablespoons of the cream cheese mixture onto each warmed tortilla, rolling tightly to keep the filling in.
  3. In a small bowl, combine the remaining 2 tsp cinnamon with the granulated sweetener.
  4. Brush each roll-up with melted butter and roll in the cinnamon-sugar mixture.
  5. Air fry at 375°F for 6–8 minutes or bake at 400°F for 10–12 minutes until golden brown and crisp.
  6. Enjoy warm, optionally topped with crushed nuts or sugar-free caramel sauce.
