How to Make Keto Crispy Smashed Radishes
- Boil the radishes in salted water for about 15 minutes, until fork-tender.
- Drain and gently smash each radish with a fork or the bottom of a glass.
- Place the smashed radishes on a baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with garlic, salt, pepper, and optional Parmesan cheese. Roast at 425°F (220°C) for about 25 minutes until golden brown.
- Serve hot, optionally topped with fresh herbs or a fried egg.
