How to Make Keto Garlic Cheddar Drop Biscuits
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
- Mix the dry ingredients: almond flour, baking powder, garlic powder, and salt in a mixing bowl until well blended.
- Add the cheese: stir in shredded cheddar cheese into the dry mixture.
- Combine the wet ingredients: whisk eggs and sour cream together until smooth.
- Fold the wet mixture into the dry ingredients until combined.
- Scoop the dough: drop mounds of dough onto a lined baking sheet, leaving space between each mound.
- Bake for 17–20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Cool slightly before serving. Optionally brush with melted butter.
